Two moments, one goal

Pre-exit Scan. Six to twelve months before a planned exit, we identify the technical findings a buyer's diligence would surface, while there is still time to act on them. You strengthen weak points, substantiate strong ones, and enter the process with a validated technical story.

Exit Readiness Assessment (Vendor Due Diligence). Once the process starts, an independent vendor due diligence report gives buyers a transparent, credible picture of the technology. It accelerates the process, reduces surprises in negotiations, and protects value at the table.
